We really needed a mini vactation. This was such a lovely resort. We all enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there. May GOD bless all of you who read this!

This hotel is the best value in Orlando. We live only 3 hours away and visit Disney World and the surrounding attractions at least twice a year. The rooms are well appointed with luxury linens fine furniture and beautiful granite counter tops in the bathrooms. We stayed on the 14th floor with an amazing view of the 3 pools. The hotel was wonderful, great room, food, ambiance, amenities, staff helpful and friendly. Our big complaint was the parking. When we arrived the valet said we couldn't leave the car to check in because all their 15 min parking was full! My husband allowed them to valet park because he felt we had no choice. When we checked out we complained and they took the charge off our room. I, however, am never happy when I have to pay to park. I am a guest in your hotel I should not be charged to park my car in order to stay here! ...read more

The hotel has everything. The multiple swimming pools and the restaurants were great. The room was immaculate. I used the Internet center to check in for my air flight. The hotel is in enormous. The pool areas need more shade. The casual restaurant did not show me as set up for room charges, despite my having already charged meals to my room from the steak house, and the cashier was of no help whatsoever, so I went to the desk. No effort was made to make amends. Getting in and out of the self parking is ridiculous, and they charge you for parking.
